As days and months added to my age I realize I was locked up and jailed_ Like a bird in a cage I felt like I was assailed I dined in the dust My fragile heart was bludgeon and thrust With life's sharpen shiny dagger Like a drunkard my feet staggered Dad, when will I wear a trouser? Why am I even hidden here like a mouser ? Dad, when will I go to school? Questions that stomps my head like a fool. Mom,when will you Bake me a cake ? In summer are we both visiting the lake?
