Ikooko ajegun jeran

Whose howl troubles animal's hearts

For his barks makes them frightened

I call thee..

to the midst of precarious hunters

to feast on your flesh and bones

your blood on this forest we shall toast .

Ikooko the wild dog

ambushing in the darkest pitch

at the darkest hours of the night

to search for prey to fit claws on.

A predator to feebleminded mungus

whose days are appraised with sharpened claws

Ikooko the jungle beast

Whose teeth scares the wild rabbit

For your lost soul tonight we shall camp

To roast your flesh with firewood like boyscout

as we gather in troops and batches

reuniting the slack chains of the Great Bards

Cheers with me as we gulp down the red wine

tapped from the blood of the beast.

Whose machete slays more than a  sniper

chew with me the bashy meat

Chopped from the left wings of the beast.

as your pen hunts down and causes

weird emotions  on the face of readers.

dancing around like Christmas Santa

Sing along to the blares of these monstrous insects 

the "wheeze wheeze of fireflies and the chirps of crickets

Ikooko the carnivorous beast 

For your soul we hunt

Your flesh we shall feast

Your blood we shall toast

For we are the night hunters 

Hunts with no matchete, no gun

But  with a pen thar hits like a sword

and overflowing cup of ink

We capture each heart of our readers

With rhymes flowing like river nile.
